What is the Bonfire Festival?

The Bonfire Festival is about performers and art appreciators coming together to share work, build connections, and be inspired.

This year’s festival features artists from across Canada, with the aim of sparking dialogue from coast to coast in recognition of Canada’s 150th.
The 2017 Bonfire Festival lineup includes free concerts and workshops, collaborative outdoor art projects, and family-friendly art events.
Come hear some amazing shows on the banks of the St. Croix, get new ideas and fuel from the workshops, and enjoy the height of summer in beautiful New Brunswick!

Brent Mason · Adam Olmstead · Colourful Language · Andrew Smith · Raymond, Hayden and Moriah · Zachari Smith · Judith Brannen · The Mighty River · Jessie James · Ariel Smith · Joel Mason · Joel Gorrie · Dave Warne · Zoe Fitch · Rick Coates · Erin Lindsay · Jamie Steele · Abby Pond · Sam Salmon

How do I participate?

Art needs an audience — come enjoy diverse music, take part in the discussions and art installations, jam with other musicians & revel in NB summer perfection.

Performance spots for 2017 are now full. Local and traveling artists and art appreciators are welcome to attend the festival — all workshops are open to the public and free of charge.
